This contract (“Contract”) is entered into as of the date of acceptance of the offer of admission to the Bachelor of Law program at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (“UKM”). The terms and conditions set forth herein apply to the academic program and all activities related thereto. Contract binding enforceable parties involved.

Clause Description
1 Parties
1.1 The “Student” refers to the individual accepting the offer of admission to the Bachelor of Law program at UKM.
1.2 The “University” refers to Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
2 Program
2.1 The University agrees to provide the Student with the necessary academic instruction and resources to complete the Bachelor of Law program in accordance with the UKM`s academic regulations.
3 Responsibilities
3.1 The Student agrees to comply with all academic and disciplinary rules and regulations of the University.
3.2 The University agrees to provide the necessary support and guidance to the Student throughout the duration of the program.
4 Duration

5 Termination
